Wayne School District continues to shine a spotlight on the people who make a difference every day through its Employee Recognition Award program. Designed to honor those who consistently exceed expectations, the recognition celebrates individuals whose dedication, leadership, and compassion help create a positive and supportive school environment. These honorees are recognized not only for their service, but for the meaningful impact they have on students, staff, and the broader school community.
