Community Council Nov 30, 2022

Attendance:  Parents: Kari Dennison, Beth Peisner, Kallie Brian, Tacey Wood, Beth Ann, MIssy Teachers: Amber Draper Principal: Wendy Potter, School Board: April Torgerson 

Welcome 2:40 by MIssy 

Motion to approve 2:44 pm by Beth P. and 2nd by Kari

Budget discussion- funds are looking good, and are close to being used up by end of year. 

Kari reached out to Loveland Aquarium and their adaption van, Gateway Museum no longer had an outreach program, Thanksgiving point has a life cycle for 3rd grade. 

Author Visit January 26th, they will use most of the contract services funds, 45 minute presentation and bring books to sale- all in agreement to the cost of the author visit. 

Donuts in February 

Art display in January by Museum of art in the hallways. 

Student art display May 4th- last PTC. 

Action item- Dates before next meeting from aquarium.
